Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

The following terms and conditions will need to be agreed upon by all persons that are guests of:

Memories on Miramar Retreat Cabin of Spooner, WI. 54801

The deposit for a REGULAR RENTAL is a $150.00 nonrefundable deposit which is required within 10 days to reserve your space at Memories on Miramar. The deposit for a MoMS WEEKEND is 50% down ($80.00) per person. All balances are due 30 days prior to the retreat. If we do not receive your balance within 30 days of the retreat, your spot will be canceled and no refunds will be made of your deposit. Final balances paid cannot be refunded.

You will receive a confirmation letter after final payment has been received. If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your reservation, notify us immediately via e-mail at contact@momretreat.net or phone: 651-998-0519.

Accidents happen.... if you or your group breaks something, please make note of it so it can be taken care of before the next group arrives at MoM.

A Security Deposit of $200.00 is required of all Renters.  Guests may be charged for Excessive Damage to the cabin or replacement of its contents.  An itemized list of damages/missing items on the check list for the repairs/replacements will be deducted from your Security Deposit.

Changes are accepted at the sole discretion of Memories on Miramar management. 

I confirm that I have read the refund and cancellation agreement and agree to its terms. I hereby release Memories on Miramar of any liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs and expenses of any kind which arise while using Memories on Miramar Retreat Cabin.

Your reservation and signed reservation form is considered a statement that you have read and agree to all of our terms and conditions.
